All of the order are one-time free shipping(*) no matter if it is a single unit order or a multi-units order. We want to give you price transparency, the final price you see is the price you pay. The coverage is applicable for shipment in Standard Shipping Area . If your area falls out of the mentioned coverage, please reach out to us for further assistance.  

(*)The one-time free shipping policy applies for the delivery from us to you and does not apply for the return. For exchange & return policy, you may refer to Exchange & Return Page . In case the first attempt of delivery cannot be made without rescheduling notice, there may be an additional delivery fees incurred for the next delivery attempt. We expect the delivery reaches you within a week since the order placed. In case of force majeure which may lead to the delivery delay, we will keep you posted of the new delivery status on User’s Account Order Tracker . Measuring your space

To ensure the product’s quality during delivery, we prepare the product and box dimentions on all pages. We recommend you to check if the entrance width is greater than the box’s height. The entrance is not limited to:

  • Main door of a house/apartment
  • Hallways or internal doors
  • Elevator
  • Stairways


During the delivery

On the delivery day stated in order confirmation, we will give you a notification by phone or SMS when the delivery is approximately 30 mins away. Please keep your phone accessible for contacting purpose. In case of rescheduling, please give us a notice 48 hours prior to the delivery so that we can accommodate the reschedule for you. 



To ensure product at its best quality condition, it remains as sealed until unboxing.  Please fold and store the boxes for exchange & return purposes to avoid repackages fees. Please refer to Exchange & Return Page  for more information.


Refused delivery

Please contact our support team shortly in case you would like to make an adjustment of the products purchased before the delivery is processed. We are more than happy to assist you.

In case if the delivery takes place (you may find the order is under “Shipping" status), we’ll support you to waive the already-taken-place delivery fee and offer a one-time free product exchange. There will be a return fee in this case so please contact our support team to know the exact quotation.


In case you'd like to cancel your order, please log-in to your User’s Account Info  and click on the “Cancel Order”. If you’re entitled for a free cancellation or there is any cancellation fee occured, we’ll notify you. You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation sent to your email or inbox of the account once the cancellation is placed.



We offer pre-order service for your favorite products! The estimated time of arrival is stated on the product page when you enter in your zip/postal code. Should there be any delays due to in-transit, we’ll notify via email or order status on User’s Account Order Tracker .
